Individual

Therapeutic activities are client-centered and tailored to fit with each individual’s unique interests and strengths. Treatment goals will be developed in collaboration with the individual and therapy will involve guiding each individual to learn and develop the tools that are necessary to reach their goals. In this way, each individual will discover their unique potential and begin to learn to utilize their strengths so that they can live the life they want.

Parenting

All parents do their best to raise their child or adolescent the best they can despite the various pressures and difficulties they experience in their lives. However, through no fault of anyone the relationship between the parent and their child can become very tense and strained. Regardless of this strain in the relationship, each and every parent always has great potential to change their child for the better. I provide individualized sessions with parents that are tailored to provide the tools and information that will best fit the needs of their child. At the end of the day, strong relationships between parents and their children is the best protection when the unexpected happens in life.

Sliding scale fees are available. 

Payments are accepted in cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Insurance

Parenting sessions are Out of Pocket only.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at minimum a 24 hour advance notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your session rate.
